Our Story

The Connors Coverage Group is locally owned and operated by Anna Connors. She has been in the Northern Virginia Area since 2007 and has been an entrepreneur since 2011. While running her own business Anna realized how important being properly insured is and decided to start helping her fellow entrepreneurs protect their assets and their legacy. Anna has passion for helping individuals plan for their future and protect their assets. Some of the group’s insurance expertise include but are not limited to traditional agriculture, equine, contractors and wineries/ vineyards. We are licensed in VA, MD, WV, PA, SC & FL

Anna served 2 years as a Board Member of the Loudoun County Equine Alliance & a member of the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce.

Anna Connors is the founder of Connors Coverage Group, a locally owned and operated insurance agency serving Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Florida. Anna specializes in helping families, business owners, and farmers protect what matters most through customized coverage solutions.

Some of the group’s areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, traditional agriculture, equine, contractors, and wineries/vineyards. Anna’s extensive knowledge and personalized approach allow her to guide clients in safeguarding both assets and legacy with confidence.

In addition to leading Connors Coverage Group,  Anna served two years as a Board Member of the Loudoun County Equine Alliance.

Beyond her work, Anna is a devoted wife to Mike Connors and proud mom of three. She understands firsthand how important it is to protect family, community, and livelihood—and she brings that same commitment and care to every client relationship. When not working she loves spending time playing tennis or watching her kids play sports.

 

 

Bill Ruscitella

Bill Ruscitella is widely known in Loudoun County for his strong network and the lifelong relationships he has built through both business and community involvement. His career includes launching the Commercial Insurance Division at Summit Insurance Services, where he expanded opportunities for local businesses and deepened his commitment to serving others. Today, at Connors Coverage Group, Bill brings that same relationship-driven approach, helping clients find trusted insurance solutions with a personal touch.

 

Married for 30 years to his wife, Allyson, Bill is a proud father of three — daughter Sarah and sons Ryan and Will. He stays active in the community as a coach and announcer at local sporting events, and when he’s not giving back, you’ll find him on the water, fishing the Potomac, the Shenandoah, or just about anywhere he can cast a line.
